Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom commission orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Denmark: 2–4 business days
- Nordic EU (Sweden, Finland): 3–6 business days
- Western & Central EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 5–10 business days
- Southern & Eastern EU (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, etc.): 7–14 business days
- International (USA, UK, Australia, etc.): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Rihab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
